(b) A single public fireworks display permit is valid for only one public fireworks display to be held during the hours and on the date or alternate date, if provided, stated on the permit and is not renewable. The Fourth of July holiday weekend is fast approaching and Wylie residents are reminded that it is illegal to set off fireworks in the city limits.
